Our Story
The idea came when Rifka and her mom, Lindsay, tried to make jam for the very first time ever. They followed the recipe as best they could, but uh-oh, the jams didn't set!
Then they discovered something surprising: they both actually liked it better that way! It was easy to pour on yogurt, granola, ice cream, and cake, and you could even add it to tea as a flavoring.
They had so much fun thinking of all the ways to use this new style of jam that Rifka said she wanted to start selling pourable jams. And that's how Rifka's Pancake Jams began!
About Rifka
Rifka is 10 years old and lives in St. Charles, MO. She loves cats, and her cat Gemma helps out. Someday she dreams of designing video games!
